About Paul.
Paul is an email-native executive scheduling assistant for Gmail and Google Calendar.
What Paul is
Paul is scheduling software that works from an existing email conversation. After a verified account owner connects Gmail and Google Calendar, they add paul@ccpaul.com to an email thread and describe the scheduling request in ordinary language. Paul is focused on scheduling rather than acting as a general-purpose assistant.
What Paul can do
- Find a suitable time and create a Google Calendar event.
- Reply in the existing email thread while coordinating a request.
- Reserve a room when Google Calendar exposes a compatible room resource.
- Reschedule or cancel an event that Paul created.
- Use the owner’s saved availability when the email does not provide a more specific instruction.
- Ask for clarification or stop safely when acting would require guessing.
How to use Paul
- Create an account with Google and connect Gmail with Google Calendar.
- Confirm scheduling availability and defaults.
- Add paul@ccpaul.com to the To or CC field of an email.
- Write a natural request, such as “Paul, find us 30 minutes next week.”
- Keep the participants and earlier context in the email thread.
Current support and boundaries
The current early-access release supports Gmail with Google Calendar. Group scheduling is not automated. Room discovery depends on the connected calendar exposing room resources. For safety, Paul only reschedules or cancels events that Paul created, and only the verified account owner can instruct Paul on an owned thread.
Pricing
Paul is free during early access, and no payment card is required. Features and availability may change as the early-access product develops.
