Early-Access Terms

Plain-language operating terms for the current free version of Paul.

The service

Paul is an early-access email scheduling assistant. Features may change as the product develops.

Accounts and authorization

You must use an email address and connected accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing invitations and calendar changes made on your behalf.

Current availability

Paul is free during early access and no payment card is required. The service may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn, and Paul may ask for clarification or stop safely when it cannot act automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not use Paul to impersonate another person, access an account without permission, send unlawful or abusive communications, or interfere with the service.

Product boundaries

Paul only reschedules or cancels events Paul created. Group scheduling is not automated in the current version. Room-resource discovery depends on the connected calendar provider.
