How the early-access product handles account, calendar, and email-thread data.

Information Paul uses

Paul stores the account name, email address, time zone, connection identifiers, preferences, scheduling state, and operational audit records needed to provide the service. Email-thread context is processed so Paul can understand and complete a request.

Connected services

Your Gmail identity connects to Google Calendar. Access is delegated through Google and can be revoked from your Google account.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate the account, check availability, create or update Paul-managed events, show dashboard activity, prevent abuse, and investigate failures.

Verified personalization

Learning is enabled by default. Paul records a sanitized version of each request as a private, per-account learning candidate, but only verified outcomes—such as a selected offered slot or an owner correction—may influence later requests. Paul does not update model weights online or pool learning across users. Candidate records expire after 30 days; verified examples expire after 365 days and are capped at 200 per account. Raw addresses, signatures, quoted history, calendar links, and provider credentials are excluded from learning records.

Automated interpretation

Paul uses an AI model to interpret scheduling requests. Up to three relevant verified examples and high-confidence preference facts may be supplied to that model. Current email instructions always take precedence, and deterministic service code still controls identities, authorization, provider choice, and calendar changes. This notice does not claim that providers refrain from training on data or that the service holds a specific security or regulatory certification.

Account controls

Only the verified account owner can instruct Paul. Unknown senders cannot take over an owned thread, and Paul limits rescheduling and cancellation to events Paul created. Normal email corrections remain the way to teach Paul a replacement outcome. Contact subhro@ccpaul.com for account or data questions.
